The role of the Regional EHS Manager is to provide EHS leadership, development and co-ordination of Primark's environmental health and safety agenda across Northern EU, UK and US.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Ensure role out of global standards and procedures are consistent for all regions with responsibilities clear and exception to local rules and regulations.
- Contribute and assist central EHS /project teams in the on-going development of corporate EHS objectives, policies and systems.
- Support the delivery of our Primark Cares Sustainability Strategy within our Direct Operations and country teams.
- Ensure to drive together with the support of the Retail Director Generals continual improvement into our leading and lagging indicators for your business area.
- Analyse the results of the internal and external EHS audits and make regular reports to the retail teams on their performance and actively assist each manager to improve risk management in their area of responsibility.
What You’ll Bring

- Minimum of 5- years management experience working in multi-site Industry across markets, Retail is a distinct advantage.
- Qualified to MSc BSc, BA level or equivalent in Occupational Safety and Health
- Chartered Membership of IOSH or equivalent
- Experience in supporting other regions either within the business or previous experience
- Have strong financial and analytical acumen as well as Project Management and Communication skills.
