We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for Arthur Cox in Dublin.

Rate of pay: €18.50 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, day time hours only.

The Junior Sous Chef will be supporting the onsite Head Chef with the day to day running of the employee dining kitchen working within a team of 4 chefs and 2 KPs.

The Junior Sous Chef will be supporting the team with the production of some of the best staff dining and retail offers in Ireland.

Producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious unit. This is an excellent role for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.

 


Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Managing kitchen staff and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Overseeing inventory and stock control
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation
