About the team

& roleThe Business Development and Partner team, as one of the mid-platform teams within ADSO, is responsible for assessing and managing ADSO relevant requirements, standardising and streamlining processes, as well as developing and expanding business opportunities. We support ADSO teams in handling new businesses and changes to their operations seamlessly, while facilitating stakeholders in achieving desired business outcomes more expeditiously. Responsibilities- Leading efforts in navigating XFN projects or requests, creating and implementing prioritization and scoring models for better assessment, before developing systematic solutions as a pillar POC; - Coordinating with your XFN and ADSO ( AI Data Service Ops) counterparts to ensure high-quality and consistent implementation of global projects in all regions;- Conceptualising, designing, and implementing groundbreaking business models and pre-packaged services;- Identifying areas of improvement and running improvement projects in all operational aspects globally.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above is required.- Solid understanding of business models and products within the consumer technology space and/or internet safety. - Exceptional communication and quick-learning skills, ability to understand existing and new moderation business logic, metrics, and process quickly. Preferred Qualifications- Proficiency ( both written and verbal) in Mandarin and full proficiency in English due to working with the Chinese market.- Experience in labelling is a big plus.- Solid Project/program management expertise, competent at multi-tasking, prioritising cross-functional global projects, and providing comprehensive solutions;- Keen ability to dissect complex information, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions.- Flexible with work schedule and different time zones- Global scope.
