Connect Now is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants for full-time contracts at Ireland's leading nursing home in beautiful County Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality holistic care
  • Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care needs while ensuring their dignity
  • Assist residents with nutrition and hydration
  • Support mobility using appropriate aids
  • Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care
  • Engage residents in activities that enhance their quality of life
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by nursing staff and management




Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Practical experience in a caring role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, caring, and empathetic demeanor
  • Comfort in sometimes challenging environments
  • Good command of the English language
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills 6 months in Healthcare or relative experience in a similar environment Practical experience in a caring capacity desired Ability to work independently or as part of a team Professional, caring, and empathetic nature Be comfortable working in a sometimes, challenging environment Have a good level of English language skills Availability to work varied shift patterns days, nights & weekends, across Monday to Sunday
