Description

O'Leary International are currently looking for an experienced self-starter to join our fast-paced business, bringing with them a fresh approach to improving driver assessment and compliance monitoring. You will be based in our offices in New Ross, County Wexford.

 

 Key duties and responsibilities: 

              Review and improvement of driver training and evaluation programmes.

              Ongoing driver assessment against company compliance standards.

              Assist HR with driver interviews, reviews, etc.

              Reduction of fuel consumption, incidents and accidents, through improved driver behavior monitoring.

              Assist HR with driver recruitment, induction, etc.

              Compile reports as required by management.

              Route and secure parking.

              Liaise and work closely with maintenance and fleet administration

              Any ad-hoc duties as they may arise. 

 

Preferred competencies:

        Team player who actively participates in shared objectives / goals.

        Strong IT, interpersonal and communication skills. 

        Holder of an HGV driver's license (CE), would be an advantage.

        Knowledge of driver's tachograph rules.

        Experience in a similar role / fast passed work environment.

        Fluency in English essential. Romanian or Polish Language skills an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

 

Salary: commensurate with experience.
