About the Team and the Role:

eBay CBT International Markets team lead buyer marketing and buyer growth operations across the world in over 150 markets and 11 different languages. Our mission is to unlock growth making eBay inventory accessible to global buyers through a consistent shopping experience. To strengthen our Buyer team, we are looking for a Senior Manager focus on Buyer Growth Operation that will prioritise multiple projects to deliver buyer growth partnering with Marketing and Buyer Experience. You will be part of a dynamic and international team spread across three continents.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to develop the strategy to achieve buyer growth across our multiple cross border trade markets

Leading the effort in defining a balanced and efficient plan to develop the Professional Buyers cohort defining from scratch the way to market model and after sales operations

Partnering with international team to build the best possible experience for CBT buyers: customer service, regulatory, trust, monetization and legal

Leading the team performance reporting: business intelligence, senior stakeholder presentation, operational cadencies

Job Requirements:

Demonstrable working experience in a similar role, preferably in an international working environment

Excellent English communication skills both orally and in writing

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Personal initiative

Ability to prioritise and plan effectively

Effective internal and external partner management

Ability to source, brief, and handle external vendors, as needed

A passion for our mission and an obsession for understanding our customers

Proficiency in speaking and writing English is a must, knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
