The Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible to provide support to MPT (Medical Products & Therapies) Sales Account Managers and the marketing team. The role will involve developing strong relationships with the internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, be highly analytical, detail oriented and organised. You will be a thoughtful communicator and a forward thinker. Attention to detail, and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required. You’ll be joining a fun and dynamic team.

Crucial Duties and Responsibilities

Coordination of all interactions for UK & Ireland in line with Global Interactions Policy to include documentation preparation and entering into our compliance tracking system. Entering marketing material into Veeva System to ensure compliance of promotional materials inline with Industry standard. Management of marketing materials, organising printing and maintaining stock levels. Handling sample request from Account Managers Provide administrative and project support to the marking team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns. Support the marketing team in moving from multichannel approach to omnichannel approach. Provide day-to-day support as required to the marketing team and to our sales teams.

● Ability to handle a wide range of tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
