Our client is currently looking for an Aftersales Performance Manager to join their team at Parkwest, Dublin 12. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this role will be responsible for maintaining a strong dealer relationship and ensuring Aftersales objectives of a sustainable, profitable network of authorised repairers are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencing the Dealers at all levels to drive the performance of all KPIs: After Sales, Parts Sales, Accessory Sales, workshop performance and criteria compliance.
  • Principle contact with the Dealer Network for spare parts and accessories performance.
  • Responsible for deploying Aftersales programmes to the Dealer Network in tandem with developing a functional Operational Plan with each Dealer to outline how they will achieve their Aftersales, Parts and Accessories targets through the avenues available, workshop, showroom, and wholesale.
  • Obtain dealership management buy in for action plans and objectives and ensuring implementation of defined actions. Monitoring the implementation of actions on results and performance.
  • Action plans per dealer are to be detailed and recorded in normal reporting tool/processes. Regular business reviews completed
  • Work in close cooperation with all Management to ensure all operational objectives are achieved for both Ireland and the dealer network.
  • Secure Dealer support for ay aftersales tactical actions.
  • Provide feedback to Parts Marketing on programme efficiency, marketing effectiveness and competitor activity

Requirement:

  • An ability to assess dealership aftersales performances, you will be responsible for enhancing the aftersales processes throughout the Dealer Network, increasing revenues, and driving the sharing of best practices in line with  Group policy.
  • Ability to interpret KPI`s and report accordingly.
  • Ability to influence at a senior level with excellent negotiating skills.
  • High level of written verbal, reporting, and presentation skills. Competent in MS Office, excel, Powerpoint etc.
  • Strong commercial awareness coupled to a good understanding of automotive aftersales issues and concerns in the new working environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and leverage strong dealership relationships.
  • Ability to deliver results at all levels whilst prioritising programs vs. budget requirements.
