Job Description

About this job:

You will provide support on all compensation & benefits programs. In addition, you will have specific responsibility for the effective management of the Annual Salary Review Campaign, as well as HR Controlling. This role will contribute to the overall Total Rewards strategy and strategic projects and has a worldwide scope.

About the role:

  • Compensation

  • Plays a key role in running all aspects of the annual compensation round.
  • Functions as primary resource for the HR team on C&B related questions
  • Coordinates Group benchmarks and maintains reliable benchmark database. 
  • Work with HR Business Partners on compensation analyses and job evaluations ensuring competitiveness and continuous link between performance and reward.
  • Partners with stakeholders to provide data and other support to assist any decision on pay and compensation decisions
  • Prepare employee communication materials as necessary.
  • Benefits

  • Oversees and optimizes efficient administration of benefit plans.
  • Partners with management, external benefits consultant, local brokers and HR Geo partners for insurance benefit renewals
  • Implements competitive, innovative, and cost-efficient benefit programs.
  • Other

  • Build out and evolve our personnel costs model to track costs and to manage budgets.
  • Partners with team to deploy and implement new projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Company with respect to pay, benefits, reporting and policies.
  • Train colleagues and stakeholders

Qualifications

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR compensation and benefits area
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills using data to derive insights and support fact-based decision-making with ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate, partner and influence outcomes with internal and external partners.
  • Current knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, guidelines, and best practices
  • Team player
  • Must have ability to work independently with strong consultative skills as well as part of a team.
  • Professional qualification in HR or Finance, or equivalent level acquired by experience. Accounting experience is a strong plus
