We are seeking a Brand Director to lead and execute our brand strategy for our expanding international aparthotel portfolio. In this role, you'll shape a compelling brand narrative, drive marketing plans, manage sponsorships, and oversee the creation of brand collateral. You’ll also lead sustainability initiatives, manage agency relationships, and handle photoshoots and creative campaigns

Your leadership and strategic vision will be key in elevating the Staycity Group, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image across all touchpoints and solidifying our reputation for excellence in hospitality

What you can do for us

  • Brand Development: Responsible for brand strategy and implementation, ensuring consistency and quality, enhancing guests' experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Brand Marketing: Develop and manage ATL marketing campaigns for Staycity
  • Collaborate closely with our Digital Teams to curate Staycity Group's websites, and other digital tools, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.
  • Work closely with PR agencies to craft and execute a robust brand media strategy that aligns with Staycity Group's vision and resonates with our diverse audience.
  • Uphold Staycity Group's reputation management standards and curate bespoke guest experiences that reflect our brand ethos, driving both revenue and guest loyalty.
  • Effectively communicate plans to all properties, ensuring activations are aligned with both brand and property objectives, fostering a consistent brand experience across our diverse portfolio.
  • Explore and manage strategic partnerships that not only enhance our brand's visibility but also result in revenue-driving initiatives across various market segments, supporting Staycity Group's broader agenda.
  • Monitor and analyse competitive segments across the marketing mix and industry trends, sharing insights with internal teams to inform and refine our strategies, keeping Staycity at the forefront of innovation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Brand & Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in developing brands
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful, international Brand campaigns.
  • Excels in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams and departments, fostering a culture of shared ideas and growth.
  • Demonstrates excellent creative mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, essential for navigating the complexities of Staycity's evolving landscape.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, aligning with Staycity's commitment to effective communication at all levels.
