Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Store Management to develop initiatives aimed at improving employee engagementand drive annualemployee engagement survey participation. Partner with General Managers and Store Leadership to address systemic issuesimpactingemployee relations and organizational culture. Partner with our training team and COE team with co-facilitation of key HR initiative training to include leadership effectiveness, employee relations, compliance, values, etc. Serve as the primary point of contact for employeesregardingworkplace issues, grievances, and conflicts. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, andfacilitatemediation and conflict resolution. Monitors the status of associates on leaves of absence, including workers compensation, andfacilitatetheir return towork Conduct store visits inassignedmarket Serves as a resource for the implementation of all corporate/region sponsored HRinitiatives Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’sVision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers,co-workersandsuppliers Adheres to all company policies,proceduresand safetystandards Participate in store employee appreciation and communityeventsQualifications:
Must meetcompany’srequirements foremployment Minimum 2 years HR-related experience Bachelor’sdegree in related disciplinepreferred In-depth understanding of HR processes and related regulations Previousexperience addressing and resolving associate relationsissues Ability to perform in a fast paced and flexibleenvironment Well organized, with ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously Working knowledge of MS office software MS Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams,Workdayisa plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Valid in-statedriver'slicense and have andmaintainan acceptable, safe drivingrecord
