Reporting to the Global Product Manager of Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions, you'll be at the helm of managing and innovating our respiratory diagnostic products, targeting primary and secondary healthcare industries. This role is perfect for a product owner eager to step up into product management. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual with 1-2 years experience looking to develop their career with a dynamic and growing company that is a leader in their field.


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyse data to shape product strategy and decisions.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to bring the product vision to life, managing the development and production processes to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with our marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral for diverse markets.
  • Identify product issues, conduct thorough investigations, and implement effective solutions while communicating with all stakeholders to minimize impact.
  • Support product launches and training activities, clearly communicating product capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee consumable products across all markets, conducting research and data analysis to uncover new opportunities.


What We Seek:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar product or engineering role within respiratory diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.
  • Education: A degree in Engineering/Bio-Medical Engineering, Marketing or Life Sciences is desirable.
  • Collaboration: A team player who excels in engaging with engineers, designers, and leaders, fostering constructive relationships.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to all levels within the team and sales functions.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Proven ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive Ownership: A strong sense of urgency and ownership over your work.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with full eligibility to work in Ireland.
