KNOW THE ROLE 

Our fashions buying team are looking for a Buying Intern to join their team in our South Anne Street Head Office location. This successful candidate will support categories across our menswear fashion buying function and support the day-to-day operations of the department. This is a full time, fixed term role. 

To manage the product data capture / Purchase order entry for the department in conjunction with the Buyer/Assistant BuyerTo manage continuity orders in conjunction with the BuyerMaintain the system in respect of cost price, selling price and currency changesCoordinate the supply chain from vendor to warehouse and into storeDevelop close relationships with Suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Retail Operations, Logistics & Finance teamsIn conjunction with the Buying Team to help determine the replenishment parameters for supplier to warehouse/store and in conjunction with sales floor display stocks and review with the BuyerDevelop close relationships with Suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Retail Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing & Online teams
