KNOW THE ROLE

Our Marketing Teamare looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Marketing Executive for our Fashions & Accessories categories, you will support the Category Manager in the execution of the marketing and communication plan across the division whilst also managing event activity and email calendars for the category. You will:

Assist with campaign plans, pre and post campaign follow up and analysis leading to report generation, evaluation and subsequent follow upPlay an integral role in the planning, approval and CRM briefing process relating to all category Direct MailsAssist and in some cases drive in totality the coordination and smooth running of events, designed to drive and generate sales for the business, while taking responsibility for general administration and accountsWork very closely with key functions of the Brown Thomas business (buying, online, store operations, CRM) to compliment and maximise all opportunities and keep all key personnel (both internal and external) up to date with a constant flow of informationLiaise with brands & external vendors on a daily basis, ensuring that information for website, social media, emails and instore POS is gathered in time and updated regularlyOn occasion you will work with the Marketing manager on projects that fall outside of the category

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3 years’ experience in a executive role within a marketing environmentHighly organised with an ability to work on your own and as part of a cross functional teamStrong communication skills both spoken and writtenExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage more than one project at a timeEducated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a Marketing or business related disciplineKnowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint is requiredAn understanding of the CRM function is preferablePassionate about our brand always striving to enhance its reputation and distinctiveness
