Senior Partner Success Manager / IT Technology Our client is a very successfully distributor seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to manage a team of sales account manager and drive the business unit strategy. Salary: €50K base plus €30K bonus and benefits. The Role: As Senior Partner Success Manager, responsibility will be to drive profitable market share growth through key customer and vendor engagement, business plan creation and execution, utilising sales teams, service portfolio and various marketing and business tools to address all relevant routes to market. Manage a small team of sales account managers to drive the strategy as agreed with you line manager. Execute the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share. Responsible for growing the market share Ownership of developing and executing the agreed business plan, to include recruit, enable & grow elements. Support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Marketing Manager. Accurate and timely weekly forecasting and pipeline development. Development of key channel relationships. Key Partner engagement. Fortinet and Armis operational, sales and marketing team engagement. Large deal & pipeline engagement. Input into purchasing, sales and pricing policy. Ability to provide financial solutions to facilitate partner growth. The Candidate: Min 4 years experience in a similar role. Influence and persuasive skills and commercial awareness. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability and confidence to present on large audience and to C level executives. Skilled multi-level relationship builder Strategic planning and business case development. Experience of working within a matrix structure. Business planning experience with strong operational processes. Skills: Commercial Strategic planning People management C level experience IT industry a plus Benefits: Pension 30K bonus 2 days office
