Overview

This business critical role will support CPM’s Learning & Development program through preparation and delivery of high quality classroom and field based sales & skills training. The role requires a creative and engaging approach to deliver and enhance the company’s L&D strategy.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver company and client specific inductions, and sales and skills programs across a range of CPM’s client teams Deliver in-field coaching and training to new and existing members of CPM’s field teams Support Line Managers with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation and PDP processes Support the design and implement engaging development initiatives that will add value across CPM Adapt to best practices and new trends & developments in the L&D space Plan, draft and manage key L&D communications Assist the L&D Manger with coordination of L&D activity across the business Liaise with senior management to ensure training needs assessments are carried out Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees Deliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity

Competencies:

Strong planning capabilities to organise and effectively deliver training to both new and existing CPM team members Ability to effectively engage people and create interest and excitement in the learning and training process Ability to track and raise L&D standards across multiple projects Ability to operate and excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision Problem solving skills Strong relationship skills Attention to detail Reporting and insight delivery Effective time management and organisation skills Commitment to customer satisfaction and project success

Requirements

Experience working within an L&D environment, and a clear understanding of sales and field marketing Sales / Marketing L&D or Training experience desirable Third level Learning & Development or Sales Training qualification is an advantage Full drivers licence and own vehicle is preferable

Measures of Success

Ensure 100% completion of Induction training for all new starters High quality training feedback documents completed for all people who receive training and coaching Training sessions are well prepared, professionally delivered and receive positive feedback scores from participants and line managers Measurable retention and performance improvements where L&D programmes have been done
