dunnhumby are looking for a  Senior Campaign Manager to lead the management of CPG funded ad campaigns across the media portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

Performance

Supporting the growth of dunnhumby’s media business, ensuring revenues are maximised whilst adhering to agreed channel principles Ensure you are delivering best in class communications, across all relevant CPG funded campaigns on time and to the brief Lead the relationship for specified categories and channels within your sub-team. Supporting to optimise our working practices in order to drive efficiency and improve the way we work with Clients, Media Planning, Tesco and within Global Media Client Services.

Profile

Understand and effectively communicate our media portfolio, guidelines and processes Retain expertise in multi-channel Campaign Management. Effective leadership, training and coaching of mentors Providing expert support to other markets as required Act as a consult in new media product development as required

People

Mentor and support junior Campaign Managers Work closely with the Team Lead and wider team to deliver the overall objectives of Campaign Management and Global Media Client Services The candidate will be responsible for management with other stakeholders such as Media Planners, Printers and installers, Tesco Marketing and Retails teams, Ad Ops, Production, Design and the CPGs Attend relevant internal, client, and supplier meetings as appropriate Support in driving a culture of change and efficiency within Campaign Management and Global Media Client Services

Process

Ensure as a team we are delivering best in class campaigns. Trouble shooting where required and making recommendations to enhance our processes and drive efficiency Ability to execute campaigns end to end across various media channels Take a lead role in specified channel NWT(s) ensuring that media opportunities are understood and optimsed Support in identifying tools and processes required to drive both time and cost savings

What you’ll need

Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook Strong analytical thinking Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload Excellent project management skills to prioritise tasks on these busy accounts Be able to adhere to processes and best practice Highly organized and capable of working independently
