The HR Generalist will report directly to the Head Of People. This is a permanent position working 40 hour per week, Monday to Friday based in our head office in Dublin City Centre.



The successful candidate will be experienced in all areas of HR including the recruitment process, administration, employee relations, and learning and development.


What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Posting job ads on Occupop, managing candidates through the process, scheduling and conducting interviews where needed using our SOP's
  • Work with our partner recruiter and coordinate interviews with each relevant hiring manager
  • Responsible for liaising with the hiring managers of each department to ensure a smooth an efficient onboarding process is upheld for each new employee joining the company using our company hiring SOP's
  • Posting job ads on Occupop, managing candidates through the process, scheduling and conducting interviews where needed
  • Demonstrating strong people management skills
  • Assist the head of people where required with employee relation procedures
  • Assist with HR projects where required
  • Managing our employee educational assistance plan
  • Ensuring you are well versed with the company handbook, policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the accounts department to ensure all new and existing employee information is updated at the payroll period
  • Ensuring a all HR documentation is organized to a high standard for each employees file
  • Work with the Head of People to review and improve existing HR processes, SOP's and procedures.
  • Completing templates such as contracts, offer letters and changes to terms & conditions for staff and assisting our staff moving to Ireland.
  • all other ad hoc duties associated with the role



Job Requirements: 

  • 2 years experience in similar role
  • Holds a strong level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in a healthcare or dental setting preferred
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or CIPD accreditation 
  • Good knowledge in best practices and Irish employment law (Training can be provided)
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Familiarity with Occupop recruitment software a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in G Suite and office 365 products.
