On behalf of our client, a global real estate firm, we are looking to hire a Senior Property Manager to join their Dublin team.
The Role:
- Management and oversight team staff ensuring the best results for the wider team.
- Tracking upcoming available properties and showing of vacant properties.
- Tracking rental payments, contract renewals and issuing letters in accordance with the RTB regulations.
- Maintaining regular contact with key clients and landlords.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 year's relevant experience in real estate, property management and coordination.
- Fundamental understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004.
- PRSA Licence is an essential requirement of the role.
- Familiarity with computerised Property Management systems such as YARDI desired but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills.

Requirements
