Position Overview:

Kubicle is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical writing skills and have a keen eye for script editing. Reporting directly to the Head of Content, this role will play a pivotal part in creating high-quality, learning content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective learning materials, including courses,projects and assessments.
  • Write clear, concise, and technically accurate content tailored to various learning formats 
  • Edit and refine scripts to ensure coherence, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
  • Incorporate instructional design principles and best practices to enhance learning outcomes and user experience.
  • Work closely with researchers, motion graphic designers, and other team members to integrate visuals, multimedia elements, and interactive features into course materials.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Actively participate in content review sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field
  • Proven experience in instructional design, technical writing, or content development, preferably in an e-learning or digital education environment.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in script editing and the ability to transform technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in education.
