Intermediate Planner – Limerick

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Planner to join our team at sisk. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans, project schedules, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of our initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing data, and providing recommendations to optimize planning processes.

You will: Assist in the development of strategic plans and objectives in alignment with company goals. Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints. Analyse data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure project deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of planning methodologies. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate planning strategies and outcomes effectively.
You will Have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in a planning or project management role, preferably in a related industry. Proficiency in P6 and other management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques.
