Sale Support Administrator

My client in the logistics industry is looking for a new administrator on their sale support team, this is a fully onsite role based in Park West Dublin 12.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator that is looking to progress their career and gain valuable experience.
Hours: Monday â Friday 9:00 â 5:30pm
Benefits: Pension and VHI Health Insurance
Salary: 35,000 â 40,000 DOE
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to support our sales and contracts management processes. This role involves generating sales quotes, providing administrative support to the contracts manager, and ensuring efficient coordination between various departments within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
·      Collaborate closely with the various teams to understand customer needs and ensure quotes are aligned with client expectations.
·      Provide administrative support to the contracts manager, including data entry, filing, and document management.
·      Respond promptly to customer queries via email, phone, or other communication channels, providing professional and courteous assistance.
·      Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry on Sage and our internal database.
Qualifications:
·      Previous experience in a sales support, contract administration, or similar role, preferably in a technology or logistics/supply chain industry.
·      Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage).
·      Ability to work independently and use own initiative to drive results.
