Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator in Dublin 11. This is a permanent, full time role. The client is flexible on the salary for the right candidate. Fully office based opportunity Main duties: meeting and greeting all customers promptly and professionally customer check-in and communications throughout the process determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work Ensure timely completion of service tasks and communicate work details clearly to customers. Manage administrative processes for servicing and maintaining customer assets, including data entry, invoicing, and overseeing work progress Collaborate with various internal teams across different functions, such as management, sales, warranty, and parts. Support in collecting customer feedback to maintain quality standards aligned with ISO guidelines. Main requirements: At least 2 years experience working in a similar administrative role in the motor industry, preferably in a Service/ Warranty in a HGV environment Good attention to detail for recording all relevant details in documentation and systems. Excellent communication and organisation skills Highly flexible and organised with very good administrative skills Knowledge and experience of Dealer Management Systems, experience with Kerridge CDK a distinct advantage Skills: Accurate Data Entry Answer incoming calls Data Entry Fleet Administration
