Job Description

We are looking for a senior leader to join the EMEA Global Partnerships & Channel leadership team and support function success by ensuring we have the organization, GTM programs, and ways of working to sustain high growth. 

You will work in concert with the VP of EMEA GPC, acting as the Chief of Staff and being a key part of the GTM Programs & Excellence team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across Core Sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Sales, Marketing, Digital, Sales Ops, Enablement and any other sales supporting function. 

This position comes with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the transformation and acceleration of our partner ecosystem business and will be a champion for driving improvements across the business, and a strategic voice in shaping engagements with our partners and customers.  

In this role you will be responsible for

  • Leading the partner ecosystem GTM and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and progress on priorities and goals
  • Driving the strategic agenda for EMEA GPC including alignment with Global GPC and EMEA GTM
  • Diagnosis of GTM productivity, challenging the status quo, identifying and implementing improvements
  • Leading the communication strategy across EMEA GPC and between EMEA GPC and the Global Leadership and Cross Functional teams
  • Managing the Demand Generation framework within overall GPC strategy, activating hero sales plays and partner offerings
  • Support the development and implementation of programs to address growth through our partner ecosystem, including E2E Partner Planning process
  • Work with the sales team to support, challenge and steer our partner and customer interactions
  • Evolve the maturity and discipline of the operational cadence of the business
  • Cascade EMEA and globally designed programs and partnering with the EMEA and Global teams to embed standard practices
Qualifications

We are looking for in this role...

  • Extensive experience in working with partner sales organizations, in enterprise software
  • Preferred background in strategy consulting (BBM or equivalent)
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships at the highest levels of organizations
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing (for exec level review)
  • Energetic self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high-growth environment
  • Focused on results, and able to identify the few key things that matter and drive action to see improvements
  • High levels of EQ, and ability to energize, excite and motivate others
  • Collaborative and keen to partner with a broad and diverse set of stakeholders
