We are looking for people with excellent sales experience within a fast-paced environment. This person is an overachiever with a hunger for always providing superb customer service. Job Purpose:
- Supervising the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales goals.
- Ensure individual target is achieved while maintaining sales margin.
- Mentor sales team to enhance their own product knowledge.
- Process sales orders in a quick and timely manner against a weekly sales target.
- Consistently manage all new leads that come through our inbound process.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, provide feedback and improve strategies.
- Get in front of potential problems to minimize potential sales loss.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the manager to contribute sales targets to overall business goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Achieve daily call activities and monthly sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a Sales Team Lead position is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, administration, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge.
- Results-oriented with a focus on new customers and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

This pivotal role, based in the heart of McSport, oversees the full operations of our Service and Installation Teams. You will be the driving force behind both teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the departments, and directly communicating with our customers regarding service and gym installs. Your adept management skills will be crucial in maintaining the department's scheduling. The successful candidate will be a core member of the Commercial Management Team, playing a vital role in our continued success.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Scheduling service engineers’ jobs on our booking system Workpal.
- Compiling reports on parts sold and service contracts.
- Management of timesheets and vehicle trackers.
- Logging faults with our external contractors and registering warranties.
- Support the Install coordinator on the install calendar and team.
- Take calls from customers for any troubleshooting on faults or issues.
- Daily management of the department's email.
- Invoicing/credit note/returns.
- Permits safety documentation.
- Control of documentation, including issuing job sheets.
- Liaise with the engineers to ensure all jobs are recorded and job sheets are filled out correctly.
- Follow up on job sheets from engineers and order parts accordingly.
- Follow up with customers regarding the scheduled date for an engineer.

We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager who can raise the bar at McSport and drive brand reputation through storytelling, ideation, and innovation whilst nurturing and inspiring our in-house creative and digital teams in the process.
You will have experience in activating marketing campaigns from start to finish and worked with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines to deliver content and campaigns that drove results. You have a keen interest in sports and fitness and in turn are passionate about leading teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
This role is high intensity, working alongside teams that are passionate about what they do and on a journey to elevate McSport, whilst enjoying the wins along the way. It’s a fun brand and we enjoy what we do
Key Priorities:
- Creative Storytelling: Bring ideation, concept and storytelling capabilities in-house at McSport to develop integrated creative campaigns, content and experiences.
- Brand Voice and Visual Style: Establish and manage McSports brand voice and visual style to connect and engage with each customer segment. Lead the successful development of a consistent voice and distinctive style, across everything from campaigns, social posts, website, emails to point of sale and packaging.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate closely with department heads and build relationships that aid in problem-solving and support McSport initiatives, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the customer experience and maximizing revenue generation. Nurture relationships with brand ambassadors and partnering agencies or companies.
- Measurement and Insights: Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, to optimize and improve campaign performance. Identify and prioritize digital marketing objectives, to communicate marketing messages to varied target audiences across multiple platforms.
- Customer Retention: Establish initiatives to improve customer retention across the four pillars of the business.
- One Step Ahead: Keep up to date with our audience – ensure we are marketing the right products to the right people on the right platforms, in collaboration with the sales teams to enhance our content strategy.
- 1st Party Data Growth: Work closely with internal teams in researching opportunities to promote our content and grow our marketing databases.
Requirements:
- Passion for creativity with experience pitching ideas that articulate a strategically creative approach.
- Proven B2B / B2C marketing experience in a similar role with tight budget management and the ability to spend budgets on results driven media outlets.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects with varying timelines.
- Demonstrated success building, leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns and/or content strategies that drive demand and pipeline and include a mix of web/digital, email, events, social media, and direct mail components.
- Self-starter; takes initiative and shows continuous growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive team player with an optimistic, enthusiastic attitude able to collaborate with and influence peers to overcome obstacles.
