What is the opportunity?

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to become one of the technical support people for one of the Bank's critical applications. Working as part of a team with 3 other technical specialist and one Manager - this role will involve developing changes through the project life cycle and providing production support.

In this Role, you will
  • Understand the Banks Identity and Access Management requirements and Design and implement SailPoint solutions for processes such as, JML Process, Access Certification, Segregation of duties, role based access control, Self-service password management,
  • Production of functional and technical designs as projects demand
  • Responsible for the creation of prototypes and demos as required to assisting internal customers understand the features and options to use on the SailPoint IIQ tooling.
  • Working as the Banks technical lead for the implementations of integrating with SailPoint out of the box connectors across all in scope applications and Operating Systems.
  • Ensure the proper processes are correctly implemented to support the Operational and business as usual requirement for a stable enterprise-class system.
  • Support Management with the embedding of Information Security culture and behaviours.
What will make you stand out?

A minimum of 5 years of Experience in Identity and Access Management, design and implementation, specifically with the Sailpoint application, with good knowledge on Identity and Access Management Infrastructure and Architecture will make you stand out

Knowledge and experience of Bank Of Ireland applications and application processes, with In depth knowledge of the Identity and Access Management Tool - SailPoint IIQ will give you an advantage.

You will have good knowledge on Web Servers/ Application Servers/ Database / Operating Systems and experience across a number of relevant IT disciplines.

A good communicator both verbally and with Soft skills and written documentation will help support the role requirements.

Knowledge and experience operating within a UAM function, and Strong knowledge of Information Security good practice is also important

More about the team

The Application Operations area manages and coordinate the efforts of Bank and vendor technical teams to manage the successful delivery of services in the live IT environment. This includes management of the application batch, certificate & key management, privileged access review and co-ordinating any operational events that occur in the Application environment. Service Improvement as a consistent culture across the core operational areas will be key driver to success of this role.

Identity and Access Management is part of Application Operations with a mandate to modernise the Banks User Access Management processes with automation using an Identity Governance toolset (called Sailpoint IIQ). This brings with it a requirement for specialist expertise within the Bank to help with the support and further develop Identity governance services. #LI-HYBRID #IJ-HYBRID
