Client Team Leader

This permanent role is based in Dublin but allows for flexibility in location and working from home. The CTL is responsible for maintaining a captive client relationship, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the team servicing a particular client.  The role involves being a leader and the person chosen client should be of sufficient gravitas to be accepted by the client and the team as their senior contact point.

We will rely on you to:

  • Manage/Supervise/Lead the Marsh client service team and develop and coach team members.
  • Present Stewardship reports to the client and update them on key initiatives/action points/KPIs and oversee set up of new clients when needed.
  • Act as an officer/director (if required).
  • Review client deliverables to ensure satisfactory client service and to brief the client on developments with the captive. This may be a high level review and may not happen for every deliverable â it can be determined by the CTL based on their comfort with the client relationship and team.
  • Manage overall client relationship, understanding the key client interactions with both the captive team and, where applicable other MMC contacts.
  • Act as a âtrusted advisorâ and partner with the client on the holistic vision for the captive including program designs/new lines of business and in the event of any escalations.
  • Responsibility for negotiation of the fees and management contract with the client, and internally for the profitability of the client relationship and Identify expanded fee opportunities. 
  • Leading relationship with client and other MMC colleagues â attending meetings when necessary introducing other MMC resources and identifying cross sells/synergies.

What you will need to have:

  • Considerable Industry experience and knowledge.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • We are open to different backgrounds â accounting/insurance/treasury/compliance etc
