Key Responsibilities
At WTW, we are passionate about helping our clients navigate the complex world of insurance with confidence. As a global leader in risk management and insurance broking, we're seeking Senior Insurance Brokers to join our dedicated team in Dublin.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Analyse and assess client risks, providing customized insurance solutions.
Negotiate insurance policies and terms to secure the best coverage.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
The Requirements
Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified.
Previous experience working for an insurer or broker.
Good IT skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suit.
Good interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks.
