Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager who will be responsible for a variety of customer engagement activities such as meeting with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and representing the client at key meetings.

Job Overview:

  • Achieve/exceed sales targets and client objectives on designated territory.
  • Deliver volume of calls against a pre-determined customer groups.
  • Proactively achieve or exceed all communication objectives including active liaison and interface with territory teams as defined by Sales Manager.
  • Manage any assigned territory budget and adhere to company and IPHA code on organization of meetings.
  • Understand client objectives and proactively engage in direct client communication when required.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of the business by closely liaising with the team and to seek opportunities for further business development.

To be successful:

  • Demonstrable pharmacy key account management experience
  • Account Management experience, with a strong understanding of digital engagement.
  • Customer focused, with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good attention to detail
  • Life science or health related degree preferred.
  • MRII Qualification /Affiliation preferred.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
