About the Role:

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore's success and growth, we are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant to join our implementation team. We are always looking for the best candidates to join our team. Energetic, outgoing and passionate about technology, the Technical Consultant combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the implementation process and customer success. As a Technical Consultant, you have the chance to develop in a very broad role, ranging from Sitecore product expertise, customer and partner collaboration, community involvement, and technology and market expertise.

This is a customer-facing role, working within our Professional Services team, blending technical expertise in integrating enterprise systems and applications with experience in applying that knowledge to solve real-world business challenges. The right candidate will have a passion for web development, an interest in connecting systems together, and the ability to work directly with customers. This role is tailored for someone eager to transition into a Solution Architect role down the line, making meaningful contributions to the implementation of Sitecore products.

What You'll Do:

  1. Leading the technical delivery and requirements gathering of integrations and web designs tailored to customer needs.
  2. Innovating technical solutions to facilitate seamless customer integrations across web and offline data systems.
  3. Crafting business logic and web experiences using Sitecore solutions.
  4. Generating technical design documents, plans, and other systems integration-related artifacts.
  5. Developing and executing testing plans and procedures aligned with system recommendations.
  6. Assisting our customers with integrations and web design.

What You Need to Succeed :

  1. Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or showcase equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proficient Communication: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English, both orally and in written communication. Exhibit a proactive attitude with a solution-minded approach and strong analytical and synthetic skills.
  3. Experience: 3+ years' experience in systems implementation and integration.
  4. Good knowledge of C#, .Net coding is an advantage
  5. Display a willingness to travel, with an expected commitment of less than 10%.

Additional Experience That Could Set You Apart:

  1. Background leveraging a structured Software Development Life Cycle is an advantage.
  2. Experience with Sitecore CDP or other Sitecore products is considered a strong plus.
