Overview

We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Project Co-Ordinator to support the Network Solutions Team. This is an office-based job. Main responsibilities will include scheduling jobs with engineers, while working with other team members to ensure the full lifecycle of the project. Other tasks may include supporting our sales team with Sales Order processing.

What you’ll be doing as our Project Co-Ordinator:

  • Collaborate with engineers and customers to establish project schedules.
  • Placement and progress chasing of supplier purchase orders in collaboration with the procurement and warehouse teams.
  • Scheduling of technical resources with the resourcing team.
  • Co-ordination of deliveries to project locations.
  • Chasing and collation of progress reports from project stakeholders.
  • Extracting and monitoring timesheet data from our timesheet system.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as and when required.
  • Control and management of material stock sheets and asset lists.
  • Administration of customer documentation portals (Document uploads and downloads).
  • Administration of all project H&S/Quality documentation.
  • Formatting of project and sales tender documentation when requested.
  • Compilation of reports/records as and when required, including organizing documentation and files.
  • Obtaining small quotations and product lead-times.
  • Gather information for sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
  • Assisting the Sales Team in preparing sales quotes.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Provide product information pricing to customers in cooperation with Account Managers.

What we are looking for in our Project Co-Ordinator:

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office products i.e. Word and Excel.
  • Experience of Intact, ERP or similar systems preferential.
  • Experience in a service operations office environment.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and evolve within a growing team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential with both internal and external stakeholders.
