People Operations Generalist

What You'll Do:

Be the People & Culture point of contact for employees and managers. Providing expert support on all People-related queries (contracts, policies, benefits, etc.). Shape the future of our people processes by assisting with the development, update, and enhancement of SharePoint, policies, procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice Assist with payroll preparation and keep employee records accurate and up to date, while adhering to HRIS systems and confidentiality procedures Prepare people related reports for People & Culture Business Partners. Collaborate with a talented team, actively contributing to People projects and ad-hoc initiatives to enhance the employee experience. Support seamless onboarding by ensuring all new hire documentation and data is entered accurately in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory policies

What We're looking for:

1 - 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field A Customer focused mindset, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and an agile mindset. An eye for **detail**, ensuring accuracy in all HR processes and documentation Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). A passion for confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
