As a Customer Service and Operations Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering a smooth and positive rental experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing rental transactions, and managing operational tasks to ensure the seamless execution of our rental services.
What will I be doing every day?- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate rental information and resolve concerns.
- Manage reservations, vehicle allocation, and transport.
- Oversee pick-ups, returns, and conduct vehicle inspections via Car-Check app.
- Ensure vehicle availability and coordinate maintenance with suppliers.
- Manage local vehicle deliveries, collections, and refueling.
- Inform customers about rental policies, safety, and vehicle usage.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive or customer service industry.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Practical decision-maker with solid technical expertise.
- Good understanding of vehicle logistics and inventory management.
- Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Adaptable and willing to take on various tasks, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a strong commitment to achieving team goals.
- Possess a full, clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
- Customer-focused, confident in negotiation, and comfortable engaging with clients.
