The Role
As a Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in streamlining the interview scheduling process for a global team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring teams across the US, Europe, and Ireland.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS, Workday).
  • Provide excellent candidate experience through timely communication and updates.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.

About You

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple schedules and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Workday ATS platform and scheduling tools.
  • Comfortable working across global teams and managing different time zones.
