Your Role:

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the hotel’s annual Sales and Marketing strategy. You will lead a talented team, focusing on driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and positioning the hotel as a top choice for business and leisure travellers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a results-driven Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead proactive sales efforts across Corporate, MICE, Business Groups, Airlines, Tour Operators, and Leisure segments.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing and maximizing existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing and maximize sales potential.
  • Drive M&E (Meetings & Events) sales, with a focus on food & beverage revenue and innovative event offerings.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions to expand business opportunities.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand presence and ROI.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to adapt strategies for continued growth.
