The position is based in our office in Dublin City Centre where you will be joining a friendly, entrepreneurial and collaborative team who is focused on delivering expert advice and added value for our clients. We are a medium-sized firm and do not operate in silos. We encourage initiative and cross-functional collaboration to create opportunities for clients and for our company.

THE ROLE INCLUDES;
  • Client liaison and client relationship management
  • Management of a mixed portfolio of property including responsibility for on-boarding new instructions as and when they arise.
  • Preparation of service charge budgets and their implementation
  • Tenant and lease management
  • Service provider & contractor management and contract management
  • Maintaining our high standards in our property compliance and ESG disciplines
  • Contributing to the continued development of HWBC property management services
  • Working collaboratively with other departments in HWBC on cross-functional initiatives and business opportunities

THE APPLICANT;

We are open to applications from all levels of property management experience and those for whom the role resonates. These are indicative therefore;

  • Ideally 3 years property management experience
  • Commercial acumen and enthusiasm to perform highly in the role
  • A strong and flexible work ethic
  • Sound organisational skills with attention for detail and report writing and presentation skills
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to develop, manage and grow business relationships.
