Airside Transport Services is one of our newest ventures and this role is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our fledgling business into a major part of our new premier parking service at Dublin Airport. We are hiring for part time Customer Service Advisors to join our diverse and dynamic team to support the elevation of the overall airport experienceWorking 16 hours split across Saturday and Sunday on a alternating 2 shift rota.03.00 AM Start - 11.30 Finish and 11.00 AM Start - 19.30 Finish.As a Customer Service Advisors you will alternate between both indoor and outdoor working as the face of our valet parking operation. You will meet and greet each customer dropping off or picking up their vehicle, directing them as appropriate and ensuring customers' valuable items have been removed or are stored safely. With an awareness of the end-to-end operation, you will receive training to support your team in either a Driver or Team Leader function if required.What you'll need…Good level's of stamina are required as you will need to be available to assist customers inside and outside the reception areaExcellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease  A proactive ‘want to help' attitudeExperience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced working environmentBasic computer literacy [Social Media experience desirable]A Full valid UK/ EU car licence [desirable]The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demandsWhat you'll do…Assisting with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone, by email or social channelsManaging all queries and complaints in the first instance and escalate as appropriateMaintaining an accurate handover process, including vehicle key receipts and paperworkMaintain accurate key management; keeping an up to date list for of vehicle keys needed by hour [considered flight arrival times/delays], scanning out vehicle keys for Drivers or Team Leaders, securing vehicle keys dropped off by customers, completing vehicle key audits at regular intervals and managing a daily reconciliationInitial investigation and review of complaints or damage claims, escalating for further investigation on to the Duty Manager and Contract Lead as appropriateWhat we'll offer you...€30,784 per annum [with a Night shift allowance23 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysCompany pension after 6 months service Life insurance Private online GP serviceDiscretionary employee incentive bonus scheme Access to our Employee Assistance programmeEmployee discounts Free coach travel Private online GP serviceEndless opportunities for career progression within the businessWe reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of applications before the advertised closed date.Things to Note...We are really proud of our health and safety record and as a result, we operate a Drugs and Alcohol Policy which is applicable to all employees.As part of your initial assessment, we will complete Drug and Alcohol testing and you may be subject to random tests during your employment
