Airside Transport Services is one of our newest ventures and this role is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our fledgling business into a major part of our new premier parking service at Dublin Airport. We are hiring for full time Customer Service Advisors to join our diverse and dynamic team to support the elevation of the overall airport experience.
Running a 24/7 service, shifts will be 03:00 am to 11:30 am, 11:00 am to 19:30 and 19:00 to 03:30 am.
(maybe subject to change) As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be outdoor working as the face of our valet parking operation.
You will meet and greet each customer dropping off or picking up their vehicle, directing them as appropriate and ensuring customers' valuable items have been removed or are stored safely.
With an awareness of the end-to-end operation, you will receive training to support your team in either a Driver or Team Leader function if required.
Successful applications will be invited to attend an onsite assessment on Friday 21st March 2025. What you'll need… Good level of stamina as you will need to assist customers while working outside.Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease.A proactive 'want to help' attitude.Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced working environment.Basic computer literacy [Social Media experience desirable].A Full valid UK/EU car licence [desirable].The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands.What you'll do… Assisting with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone, by email or social channels.Managing all queries and complaints in the first instance and escalating as appropriate.Maintaining an accurate handover process, including vehicle key receipts and paperwork.Maintaining accurate key management; keeping an up-to-date list of vehicle keys needed by hour [considering flight arrival times/delays], scanning out vehicle keys for Drivers or Team Leaders, securing vehicle keys dropped off by customers, completing vehicle key audits at regular intervals and managing a daily reconciliation.Initial investigation and review of complaints or damage claims, escalating for further investigation to the Team Leader or Operations Manager as appropriate.What we'll offer you... €30,784 per annum [with a Night shift allowance].23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.Company pension after 6 months service.Life insurance.Private online GP service.Access to our Employee Assistance programme.Employee discounts.Free coach travel on National Express Ireland Services.We reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of applications before the advertised closed date.We are really proud of our health and safety record and as a result, we operate a Drugs and Alcohol Policy which is applicable to all employees.
