Overview:
- We are looking for ambitious candidates to join our team and get involved in an early-stage start-up with a fantastic product targeting multiple international markets.
- This role will provide a massive opportunity for rapid career growth for the right candidate.
- You will have to wear many hats. Still, an essential requirement will be to help source and manage the onboarding and support of new customers.
- A competitive base salary with an attractive bonus scheme will be available to successful candidates.
- The role will be in a hybrid manner with the ability to primarily work from home with potential travel to client premises a couple of days per week.
- We are open to candidates with different experience levels, and the packages would reflect this.
- Experience working in a small, scrappy, bootstrapping environment or evidence of an ability to thrive in that type of environment is critical. If you are looking for a "big company" experience, this is probably not the right environment for you.
Some experience in any of the following is highly desirable, though not essential:
- Some experience in Customer Support, Business Development, Customer Success, or Sales Roles within Civil Engineering or Construction Markets.
- Some experience in Health and Safety or Construction management with strong communication skills and an interest in technology.
- Some experience in a SaaS Start-up Company.
A can-do attitude, ambition, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to deliver results are essential.
We are looking for candidates who have a naturally positive attitude, enjoy dealing with people in a face-to-face role, and thrive on interacting with customers as the role will include a lot of site visits to do physical onboarding and training of customers.
