We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Concierge to work as part of our Rapport team at our client’s offices in the heart of Dublin. We are a team of 17 upbeat individuals who are passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and facilities support to our occupiers and visitors. Our client is Ireland’s leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5:30 PM)

Main responsibilities
The Receptionist / Concierge is responsible for all Ground Floor reception and lobby hosting throughout all the offices within this client portfolio. Our team oversees all activities inside the building. We support our tenants and look after their visitors, providing excellent and intuitive customer service. In this role, there are many opportunities to learn as we also support the building management team and facilities operations, while maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment.
