Our SMB Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships and helping customers realize value from their investments. They develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Responsibilities:
Lead dedicated customer sets in the ESMB space, managing the full sales cycle and multiple projects simultaneously.
Own the entire sales process to meet performance metrics, focusing on new business growth and existing account expansion.
Utilize solution selling to address customer needs and foster long-term partnerships.
Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
Lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
Collaborate with Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams on leads and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven success in quota-carrying, technology solution sales.
Territory & account planning: Ability to create effective plans to achieve sales goals.
Research & discovery skills: Uncover customer processes, challenges, and goals.
Solutioning expertise: Demonstrate understanding of technology solutions to meet customer needs.
Customer communication: Clear, concise, and timely interactions via various methods and tools.
Resourcefulness: Maximize available resources to achieve results.
Team selling: Collaborate effectively with account teams and partners.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales methodology training.
Experience in developing strategic alliances and leading service requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Consistently meet or exceed quotas.
Relevant experience, including leadership roles, military service, or volunteer work.
Fluent in English and German
