Job Description:
Ryanair, a leading airline in Europe, is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Support Assistant, you will work closely with our support team to provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with any queries or issues they may have regarding their travel experience.
2. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
3. Process and track customer refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Provide administrative support to the support team as needed.
6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
1. Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
3. Strong analytical skills and a cooperative mindset.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
