Mc Sport is currently looking for a Sales Executive to join a vibrant sales team, based in our Dublin Head Office. We are looking for people with excellent sales experience within a fast-paced environment. This person is an overachiever with a hunger for always providing superb customer service. Position: Full-time, Permanent.

Location: Office based, Robinhood in Dublin 22.

Please note this is an office-based role and you will be required to work on site in our head office located in Dublin 22

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • BA Degree and relevant sales experience.
  • Ensure your personal monthly sales targets are achieved while maintaining margin.
  • Process sales orders in a quick and timely manner.
  • Consistently manage all new leads that come through our Inbound process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and upsell where possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints/issues in a timely manner.
  • Represent the McSport brand to the best of your ability.
  • Make daily outbound sales calls.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Identify the needs of the prospective customer.
  • Achieve daily call activities and sales targets.
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
  • Use prospecting strategies to outreach all new prospects.
  • Experience exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability.
  • Get on front of potential problems to minimize potential sales loss.
  • Excellent interpersonal capability (internal and external)
  • Excellent written, listening, admin and verbal communication skill

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years working in a sales environment.
  • Evidence of hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • A desire to be the best.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Interest in Gym, Sport, and leisure Industry (advantage)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our eCommerce team as an eCommerce Executive. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in optimising the performance of our websites, enhancing the customer journey, and driving online sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a passion for ecommerce and digital marketing to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the website and , ensuring content accuracy, product visibility (merchandising), and site functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, and IT to execute ecommerce initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of product pages, landing pages, and conversion funnels to drive sales and improve user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • Provide support to the customer service department with website-related issues as needed.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the ecommerce business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and the sports/fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be needed to assist in copywriting alongside the marketing team for new product descriptions so excellent written English is key.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and content management systems (CMS), a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous internship or work experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus.
