Seven years later, Sculpted by Aimee has become one of Ireland's top makeup brands, trusted to provide cruelty-free coverage that complements every look. The brand has grown phenomenally during its initial years and has launched 150+ SKUs to date. Now in its seventh year Sculpted by Aimee continues to expand into new markets and open new retail units.

Due to this exciting growth Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a Training & Education Manager to join the growing team based in Dundrum, Dublin. Reporting to our Area Manager,this role will support our employees in cultivating their brand skills and knowledge and keep the team (both existing and new hires) educated, inspired & motivated about the Sculpted Brand.

You will provide complete training with all team members on brand, product, artistry, and services to support the Sculpted team in their continued brand education, to enable them to become subject matter experts on the brand with a deep understanding on how it impacts them and their role.

This role will involve regular product training days/weeks and,store visits for creative support where you will nurturemakeup skills and,training in content creation,with the hope of developing our very own makeup artist community and strong 'on-counter' customer service skills. This person will also support us in building a Sculpted bible on 'the way we do things/want to be portrayed in our HQ and in stores, as well as over-seeing our Sculpted Make-up Academy to ensure that all Sculpted training is delivered at the same level.

Accountabilities Include
  • Develop,apply,and facilitate an engaging annual calendar of training sessions for the brand that aligns with theSculpted training needs and business objectives.
  • Act as the ultimate brand ambassador bringing the Sculpted approach, artistry and voice to the broader team
  • Create an onboarding training plan for new retail team members, placing a focus on both makeup artistry andcommerciality.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to build a role framework for our retail store teams.
  • Identify and communicating the artistry training needs, strategy and training successes to the Area Manager and commercial team
  • Ownership of the Sculpted Academy, including but not limited to:
    • Further development of the Academy, establishing a clear business structure
    • Execute expansion of the Academy into new markets
    • Course planning & scheduling
    • Recruitment of students
    • Cost management
    • Kit proposal
    • Training and delivery of classes
  • Work with the Area Manager to execute retail off site days for own store teams.
  • Plan a schedule of quarterly visits to owned stores for artistry training and upskilling.
  • Execute makeup artist networking/training day, establish this as an annual event.
  • Grow and developourSculptedProTeam,expand theteam into new markets.
  • Work with our network of retailers to provide in store ambassador training on a regularbasis.
  • Organise a buyer offsite / immersion day on an annual basis to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuringbusiness objectives arealigned.
  • Support/facilitate various high level in-store and virtual events (masterclasses, personal appearances etc.)
  • Thinking outside the box for Boots UK training – Training and support aroundself-selectionto drive engagement among ourambassadors.
  • Organise a continuous schedule of themed trainingtoensure a diverse skill set across our teams.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the business.
Experience Needed

You have:

  • You are a storyteller, and your audience likes to listen to you.
  • Extensive experience in the make up industry and have previously worked in a similar role
  • Thanks to your warm and welcoming personality, you are a strong networker – internally as well as externally.
  • You are always ready for changes and see it as an opportunity to develop and create something new.
  • You have strong Presentation skills in order to deliver clear, concise and compelling messages.
  • You have strong coaching, teaching, and development skills.
  • You have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
