Description:

The role of Senior Contracts Administrator encompasses management of the project hub and stakeholder engagement with the end client and SPV PPP Company in the delivery of a multi-site PPP project bundle. The project hub parameters include design management including the design review process and co-ordination of external design teams, the internal BIM delivery team, design review procedure, and valuation process. The role manages the interaction and reporting between the construction delivery team and the PPP Co SPV on progress reporting and commercial management of the overall PPP Bundle delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Works Co high level responsibilities Lead representative for JJR in relation to engagement between the construction delivery team and the PPP Co SPV entityManagement of hub team and their interaction with the 6 project delivery teamsManaging the delivery requirements within the hub to ensure all information is developed, communicated and delivered within set timelines and taking cognizance of commonality requirementsPeriodic reporting requirements for the bundle of projects, ensuring that all reports are received in a timely manner from the project teams and issued to the PPP Co SPV client.Managing the requirement for monthly commercial valuations to be collated from the 6 project teams into one Bundle commercial submission.Attending periodic meetings with project stakeholders representing Works CoSummary level management and reporting of the risk profile of the 6 individual projects and the overall Bundle wide positionAssist in any requirements in relation to the delivery of the PPP BundleReporting to the PPP JV Director on all matters relating to the delivery of the PPP Bundle General Duties Continue to develop the quality of the JJR Brand.Have an awareness of repeat work with clients and the importance of the PPP Delivery strategyEnsure to conduct and review Performance Reviews in line with HR.Deal with any team disciplinaries and poor performance, led by HR.Assist in any report or opportunity requirement as requested by Line Management.Train staff on site. Identify and implement. Programme The Works Co Rep will have an overview of the programme for all HEB1 Sites, this is overview is to be managed and communicated with external stakeholdersMust identify programme risks early and report issues Must implement a plan to avoid programme slippage at risk stage.Must have knowledge of the programme requirements under the different form of contracts.Must be aware of the progress on site and any issues which may affect the timely completion of the project.Must be fully aware of the delay mechanisms of the contract and must ensure all notices and relevant documentation is submitted in accordance with the contracts.Any issues need to be reported to Senior Management. Commercial Administration of the valuation process with the clientAdministration of change management with the clientEnsure that all contract associated documentation is in place and administered correctly.Responsible for mitigating all disputes and ensure to make the PPP Director aware early.Manage administration of all claims to a successful resolution. Relationships/Communications Maintain and foster collaborative relationships, with Clients, Consultants and any other relevant external Stakeholders.Ensure that all meetings and reports are completed in accordance with the JJR procedures and conducted in a professional manner.Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Project Teams and departments within JJR.Be conscious of all verbal and written correspondence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
