The Emerging Sales team in France is expanding
The Okta EMEA sales team comprises enterprising and motivated sales professionals who play a crucial role in Okta's growth as a market leader in the French region, leveraging customer references, marketing initiatives, partner networks, and ISV & alliance relationships.
As an Okta Emerging Account Executive, you will:
- Meet or surpass quarterly revenue objectives
- Formulate and implement a strategic plan for the designated region
- Personally seek out prospects to establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Evaluate sales prospects according to Okta's sales approach, ascertain customer compatibility, set requirements, and define success criteria
- Negotiate commercial terms, Master Service Agreement & Data Privacy Agreements in collaboration with Okta's legal department
- Engage with customers post-initial agreement to expedite adoption and identify future upselling opportunities
- Cultivate lasting relationships with resell and system integrators partners to expand Okta's market presence and drive adoption
- Establish enduring strategic partnerships with key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction
- Travel as needed, typically around 25% of the time
You could be a great fit for this role if you possess:
- A keen interest in technology and its role in helping organizations succeed in the Digital Era
- Enthusiasm about being part of the exciting and rapidly growing SaaS provider in the French region
- A proven track record in selling Software-as-a-Service and/or Cloud Computing services to major organizations in the French market
- Experience in value-driven selling at senior/C-Level
- A reputation as a reliable business partner among peers in the local reseller and system integrator community
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Fluency in French and English
- The willingness to travel, including to customer & partner sites, as well as visits to our EMEA HQ in London and the US
You might also have:
- Understanding of and experience with Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-on, and API-based solutions is always beneficial but not mandatory
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent (preferred but not obligatory)
