Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and be a social media enthusiast. As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our chef community, building trust, and enhancing the Positive Carbon brand. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, organizing events, and coordinating speaking slots and podcasts for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the Positive Carbon chef community.
  • Manage and create content for our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Organize and host events, both online and offline, to engage with our chef community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with chefs and culinary influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand goals.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements and podcast appearances for team members to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and the culinary world.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in community management, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong background in the food industry, either through professional experience or a deep personal interest.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about sustainability and the culinary arts.
