Under the guidance of the Director of Client Success, this role involves coordinating client correspondence within Wealth Management. It is ideal for a seasoned professional currently operating at a Senior Associate/Associate Director level, demonstrating strong drive, resilience, and a proven track record in managing communications within a regulated business environment.
About the role
The successful candidate for this role will:
- Handle all Wealth Management client communications efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate client communication in compliance with regulations
- Work on streamlining operational procedures to maintain a consistent and effective communication tone
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and high-quality client correspondence
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service for client success
- Analyze and optimize client communication metrics for improved strategies
- Educate staff on communication best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends in client communication and relationship management
- Adhere to Risk and Compliance frameworks and procedures associated with the role
Requirements
About you
We are seeking an individual with the following background and skills:
- Degree or Master's in Business/Economics/Finance/IT/Project Management
- 3-5 years of relevant operational management experience in a professional setting
- Results-oriented with project management background
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive team player with leadership experience
- Enthusiastic personality dedicated to top-notch customer service
- In-depth knowledge of key regulations and Risk Management
- Excellent motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Competency Code fulfillment
