Under the guidance of the Director of Client Success, this role involves coordinating client correspondence within Wealth Management. It is ideal for a seasoned professional currently operating at a Senior Associate/Associate Director level, demonstrating strong drive, resilience, and a proven track record in managing communications within a regulated business environment.

About the role

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Handle all Wealth Management client communications efficiently
  • Ensure timely and accurate client communication in compliance with regulations
  • Work on streamlining operational procedures to maintain a consistent and effective communication tone
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and high-quality client correspondence
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service for client success
  • Analyze and optimize client communication metrics for improved strategies
  • Educate staff on communication best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends in client communication and relationship management
  • Adhere to Risk and Compliance frameworks and procedures associated with the role

Requirements

About you

We are seeking an individual with the following background and skills:

  • Degree or Master's in Business/Economics/Finance/IT/Project Management
  • 3-5 years of relevant operational management experience in a professional setting
  • Results-oriented with project management background
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive team player with leadership experience
  • Enthusiastic personality dedicated to top-notch customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of key regulations and Risk Management
  • Excellent motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum Competency Code fulfillment
