The Opportunity
As part of our growth strategy, we aim to recruit a Client Support & Office Administrator to join our consulting practice and support the team.
Working within an experienced team, the role focuses on supporting our HR and Employment law consultant team managing our client base. This role is integral to the daily office management in Blackrock and offers diverse HR projects to enhance your career in HR and ER.

Location: Head Office in Blackrock, Co Dublin, on-site role
Job Status: Permanent, Full Time
Reporting to: HR Services Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Client Support & Office Administrator
- First point of contact between clients and senior staff ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication
- Manage phone calls and client correspondence
- Review policies and contracts in compliance with regulations
- Advise clients on HR/HS matters as needed
- Support consultancy projects as a note-taker
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Administer HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety tasks for clients
- Manage client onboarding, agreements, and documentation
- Prepare reports for compliance and support business deliverables
- Conduct research and write HR articles
- Administer office supplies and stock
- Organize meetings and manage calendars
- Contribute to engagement calendar initiatives
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Qualifications
- A primary degree, preferably in HR
- Post-graduate Diploma in HR/Employment Law
Experience
- 1-2 years in HR/Administration or coordinator role
- Exposure to a professional environment
