Client Support Officer

Job Description:
Intercom, a leading company in the customer support industry, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and product support.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to senior management as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date on product features and industry trends to better assist clients.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client support processes.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in a customer support role.
3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
8. Passion for customer service and dedication to client satisfaction.
